  • Pickup at our warehouse in Saint-Eustache is available by appointment or subject to availability.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, destination, volume, and type of merchandise.

  • Axent LED Inc. is not responsible for shipping or processing delays, which are solely the responsibility of the third-party carrier.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on:

    • Number of packages

    • Destination

  • No free shipping is offered, regardless of order value.

  • Shipping costs are displayed before payment on our website.


4. Delivery Areas

  • Axent LED Inc. delivers within Canada only.

  • No international delivery is currently available.


5. Receiving and Inspection

  • Customers are required to inspect the goods upon receipt.

7. Proof of Delivery

  • A tracking number will be sent to the customer by email once the order has shipped.

  • A signature is required upon delivery or at pickup from the warehouse, if applicable.


8. Language

This policy is written in English and is also available in French. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
